Eastern Grey Squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) sitting in Autumn fallen leaves on a sunny November afternoon There are a lot of grey squirrels at Tehidy Country Park near Camborne in Cornwall, and I spent a lovely afternoon photographing many of them running around, climbing trees, hiding nuts and playing, at the beginning of November. This one was sat in an endearing position with front paws clasped together, sitting upright amongst the warm Autumn leaves. I love the softness of this green background.
